House of 56 m2 (Carrez Law) Courtyard of 32m2 very well distributed facing South-West, ideally located in La Couarde (center of the island) for 6 people (occasionally to accommodate 8) 50m away from a magnificent fine sandy beach, in a small residence reputed to have a 15 x 7m swimming pool heated from April 1 to the end of September, a solarium and a games room (table tennis, table football ..). Walk, shops, cinema 300 m (reopening at the end of 2021). Quiet residence all year round; more entertainment in the heart of summer (especially July 15 / August 15). Private parking in the residence. Secure bicycle garage. 8 tennis courts 100 m away. Beach supervised in summer. Ideal location to discover the island by bike .

Booking terms
Send the contract. Deposit payment on actual reservation (25%). Payment of the balance (75%) one month before entering the house. Uncashed deposit of 800 Euros returned 7 to 10 days after departure (if possible. Full refund, including deposit if Covid confinement (regulatory impossibility to come to the island) .
Tourist tax returned to the town; 1.65Euros per adult / day. Free for minors .

Rental and delivery at home. Sheet set, towels, tea towels.

La Couarde is 50m from the beach, 300m from all shops, 100m from tennis. Ideal location for cycling to the north and south of the island.
