La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this bright, recently built house with a lovely terrace and a 4-person spa/jacuzzi, located in a quiet area of Bois-Plage-en-Ré. Close to Saint-Martin-de-Ré and cycle paths, and 2 km from the beaches. Comfortable and elegantly decorated, it features a spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. This opens onto a large, sunny, south-facing terrace (with electric awning). A garage is available for bicycles and a laundry room. Parking is available in front of the house. Ground floor: Spacious and bright living area (42 m²) with lounge and dining area. Open-plan kitchen with central island. Separate WC. First floor: One bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed. One bedroom with three single beds and large wardrobes. Possibility of creating a double bed by pushing together two single beds. High-end bedding. A bathroom with shower and sink. A separate toilet. The villa is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside of the summer season. Included services: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental for beds and bathrooms is included in July and August. Key handover and a tour of the house on site are included.
