La Maison du Figuier is a pleasant house to live in, made up of a large, bright living room with high ceilings, a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a large, perfectly equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area can accommodate 6 travelers. It includes three bedrooms including a master suite with a bathroom. The three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm). An independent bathroom is also at your disposal.
Outside, two beautiful terraces, one at the front of the house, and the other at the back of the house overlooking the garden invite you to relax quietly seated on the deckchairs, or around a meal.
The house offers you a living room with open kitchen and living room, three bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 cm, one of which has a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, micro- waves, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Outside, a pleasant garden with terrace invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal or rest in the deckchairs.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 980 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,180 Euros/week
- High season: 1,780 Euros/week

- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
Tourist tax in addition: 1.65 Euros/adult/night
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided. Beds made on arrival.
