Holiday home full of charm, former outbuilding of one of the most beautiful guest houses on the island (Guide du Routard) combining the authenticity of an old Rhetaise house while being very comfortable and cozy, in the heart of a calm environment, you are in the right place!

Close to the village center, the market and the beautiful beaches of the island, the house combines the charm of the old and a careful decoration which will allow you to spend a calm stay, in the heart of the Ile Re!

2 large spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet, can very comfortably accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children (2 double beds of 180 or 1 double bed of 180 and three single beds of 90 with the possibility of an extra bed for a child or baby bed). The TV lounge being independent you can accommodate an additional person or couple on the sofa bed.

The TV lounge area was a dormitory last year transformed into a lounge. There is a double sofa bed that can serve as a 3rd bedroom.

Kitchen: comfortable, electric oven, Nespresso machine, water kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer…

Washing machine and dryer, very clean kitchen pleasant with double exposure, entrance that can accommodate bicycles, a very well exposed courtyard nicely decorated with an old fragrant wisteria and a parking space nearby if there is no space in the alley in high season.

The house is located 900 m from the beach and market square. The slopes are accessible at the back of the house Saint Martin de Re is 2 km away and La Couarde is 3.5 km away. The house is very central which allows you to access beaches, restaurants... easily while being quiet.
