2 large spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet, can very comfortably accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children (2 double beds of 180 or 1 double bed of 180 and three single beds of 90 with the possibility of an extra bed for a child or baby bed). The TV lounge being independent you can accommodate an additional person or couple on the sofa bed.
The TV lounge area was a dormitory last year transformed into a lounge. There is a double sofa bed that can serve as a 3rd bedroom.
Kitchen: comfortable, electric oven, Nespresso machine, water kettle, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer…
Washing machine and dryer, very clean kitchen pleasant with double exposure, entrance that can accommodate bicycles, a very well exposed courtyard nicely decorated with an old fragrant wisteria and a parking space nearby if there is no space in the alley in high season.
