The villa has an annex overlooking the swimming pool with a bed double and a private bathroom.
The house is newly renovated and has a privileged, quiet location, with the possibility of parking one or more vehicles in the immediate vicinity.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.

The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1 to October 15.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
No pets allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

End of stay maintenance is included.
Rental and delivery of linens for beds and bathrooms are included in July and in August (and optional outside July and August).
The delivery of keys and the presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.

Our house is new and perfectly located in a quiet area, with possibility to park one or more vehicles nearby.
