You will appreciate its refined yet sophisticated decor featuring driftwood, its equipment, and its furniture; everything is brand new. Everything has been thought of so you won't want for anything! The house offers a lovely living room with a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed (140cm sofa bed), with an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, free Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, food processor, and dishwasher). The house is very well equipped: iron and ironing board, heating, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner, baby equipment (bathtub, step stools, high chair, booster seat, potty, stroller, travel cot). The sleeping area has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for children (sleeps 4), another bedroom with a double bed and a desk, a lovely shower room, a separate toilet, and a pantry.

For your information, the bed sizes are:
- one 140 cm bed and 2 90/200 cm beds for bunk beds
- one 160 cm bed
- one sofa bed: 140 cm

Outside, a pleasant courtyard invites you to share convivial moments around a meal.

You can park your vehicle either in the courtyard on the private property, or on the street opposite the house (free parking)

Thanks to the village's central location, cycle paths are all nearby, and you can easily explore the entire island with your family and young children. You will admire its landscapes, vineyards, moors, woods, and salt marshes. You will be personally welcomed on site to explain how the house works (lighting, electronic devices, waste management) to ensure the best possible stay. Cleaning fees of €150 are payable upon arrival and are mandatory: enhanced COVID-19 health and safety protocols, appropriate disinfectant products, and ventilation of the house between each guest. This service is provided by a professional. Pets are welcome at a rate of €70 per pet. Bed linen is optional: quote upon request.
