The house is 500m from the market and 800m from the port in a very quiet and pleasant street. Private garage for bikes, trailers, surfboards etc.
The living room, the lounge and the kitchen form a very large open room of 50m2 facing south and opening onto a beautiful wooden terrace and a heated swimming pool (from April 8 to October 28) of 9 mx 3 ½ m. Automatic submerged shutter cover to safety standards. The house is on one level and has 4 bedrooms including:
A master suite with 160 bed and bathroom/wc, opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool
A bedroom with offset bunk beds opening onto the interior courtyard.
A bedroom with a 160 bed overlooking the interior courtyard.
A bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 x 160) overlooking a quiet street.
A renovated bathroom with Italian shower.
A separate toilet
Wifi connection. Smart TV with Free box and nearly 200 channels.

Garden furniture with table 8 chairs, parasols, bbq, sun loungers.

15/03 to 05/04: Euros2150/week - swimming pool not heated - short stay possible on request.
05/04 to 28/06: Euros2500/week - swimming pool heated - short stay possible on request.
28/06 to 19/07: Euros 3500/week
19/07 to 30/08: Euros5100/week
30/08 to 06/09: Euros2700/week
house closed after September 6.

End-of-stay cleaning fee: Euros170 extra in 2025;
Bed linen and towels available on request with beds made for your arrival. Euros20/25 per pa. depending on the options.
Tourist tax to be paid on site.
