Charming, well-restored Rhetaise house on a pedestrian street with a small, enclosed courtyard facing south. Ground floor: a very well-equipped and furnished kitchen area, a lounge area with a sofa and comfortable chairs. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has 2 bunk beds, a shower room with toilet. In the shed overlooking the courtyard, to make your return from the beach easier, a shower room with a toilet is at your disposal. Private parking in a closed, shared parking lot at night. No pets allowed. Preferably rented by the fortnight.
