It includes a private car park with carport, a south courtyard with terrace and a small terrace north.
This accommodation is composed of two independent rooms (one with a bed of 140 cm and the other with two beds of 90 cm), a bathroom with shower, a separate WC, a living room with a kitchen and a living room facing south.

From October to May: 400 Euros electricity ( 350 Euros electricity excluding school holidays from October to April)
