This single-storey lodge welcomes you into an elegant, contemporary atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing holiday. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom for added comfort. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the centre of La Couarde-sur-Mer and its shops, and close to the island’s wild beaches (the beautiful Anneries beach is just a 12-minute walk away).
The house includes:
- A bright living and dining area with reversible air conditioning, flat-screen TV, DVD player and high-speed Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen: American-style fridge, induction hob, multifunction and microwave ovens, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), flat-screen TV, and en-suite shower room with Italian-style walk-in shower
- One master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), flat-screen TV, and en-suite shower room with Italian-style walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
- Washer-dryer
Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made up for your arrival.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely wooden terrace with a private heated pool and movable deck, sun loungers, garden furniture, and an electric plancha grill.
A private parking space is available. The lodge is equipped with fibre-optic internet, making it ideal for remote working.
Baby equipment available free of charge: a cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request.

The lodge enjoys a prime location in La Couarde-sur-Mer, a central and authentic village that’s perfect for exploring the entire Île de Ré without long drives. Tucked away in a quiet lane just a 3-minute walk from the village centre, you’ll have easy access to all local amenities: bakery, seasonal daily market, mini-market, bike rental, cafés, and typical island restaurants.
The beautiful Anneries beach or the Peu Ragot beach (lifeguarded in high season) is about a 15-minute walk or just a few minutes by bike. You'll also find the island’s cycle paths nearby, winding through salt marshes and vineyards – perfect for scenic bike rides to Ars-en-Ré, Loix, Le Bois-Plage, or Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
