This single-story lodge welcomes you into an elegant and contemporary atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing vacation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, for added comfort. Located just a 3-minute walk from the center of the village of La Couarde-sur-Mer and the shops, and close to the large wild beaches of the Ile de Re (the nearest beautiful beach of Anneries is a 12-minute walk away).
The house includes:
- A bright living room with reversible air conditioning, flat-screen TV, DVD player and high-speed Wi-Fi connection
- A fully equipped American kitchen: American refrigerator, induction hob, multifunction oven and microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster…
- A master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), flat-screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower
- Two bedrooms with two single beds each (90 cm), flat-screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower

We provide bed linen and towels and the beds are made before your arrival.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace with a private heated swimming pool and removable floor, deckchairs, garden furniture and electric plancha.
A private parking space is available. The lodge is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, which also makes it an ideal place to work remotely.
Free loan of childcare equipment: we provide a baby bed, a high chair and a baby bath upon request.

The lodge enjoys a prime location in La Couarde-sur-Mer, a central and authentic village, perfect for exploring the entire Ile de Re without having to travel too far. Nestled in a quiet lane just a 3-minute walk from the heart of the village, you have quick access to all local shops: bakery, daily market in season, mini-market, bike rental, cafes and typical restaurants.
The beautiful Anneries beach or Peu Ragot beach (supervised in season) are about a 15-minute walk or a short bike ride away. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find cycle paths that cross the salt marshes and vineyards, ideal for beautiful bike rides to Ars-en-Re, Loix, Le Bois-Plage or Saint-Martin-de-Re.
