This stylish single-storey lodge welcomes you into an elegant, contemporary atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing holiday. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the village centre of La Couarde-sur-Mer and its shops, and close to the island’s wild beaches (the beautiful Anneries beach is just a 12-minute walk away).
The house includes:
- A bright and airy living room with reversible air conditioning, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and high-speed Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with American-style fridge, induction hob, multifunction oven and microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, and more
- One master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), flat-screen TV, and en-suite shower room with Italian-style walk-in shower

The lodge enjoys a prime location in La Couarde-sur-Mer, a central and authentic village, perfect for exploring the entire Ile de Re without having to travel too far. Nestled in a quiet lane just a 3-minute walk from the heart of the village, you have quick access to all local shops: bakery, daily market in season, mini-market, bike rental, cafes and typical restaurants.
The beautiful Anneries beach or Peu Ragot beach (supervised in season) are about a 15-minute walk or a short bike ride away. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find cycle paths that cross the salt marshes and vineyards, ideal for beautiful bike rides to Ars-en-Re, Loix, Le Bois-Plage or Saint-Martin-de-Re.
