Description

Just steps from the beach, in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of La Couarde-sur-Mer, discover this single-story villa, ideal for holidays. The entrance opens onto a beautiful living area with a lounge, dining area, and open-plan kitchen, leading directly onto the garden with a swimming pool. The sleeping quarters comprise a master suite with a shower room, two bedrooms (one with a dressing room and access to the pool) with a shower room, and a separate WC. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood. As soon as the weather warms up, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool with a movable floor, perfect for children. In winter, the fireplace can be used. Bicycles can be parked in the front yard and the car in the cul-de-sac. You can take a virtual tour of this house by scrolling down this page. Pets are not allowed in this house. Fortnightly rentals are only available in July and August. The swimming pool is open from April to September inclusive. It is heated from May to September inclusive. Therefore, it is not heated in April. However, it can be heated upon request for an additional fee. Registration number: 17121 000042 I3

Generally, arrivals are from 4 PM to 8 PM, and departures are from 8 AM to 10 AM. For any arrival or departure before 8 AM or after 8 PM, an additional fee applies:
From 8 PM to 10 PM - €50
From 10 PM to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 AM - €100
From 6 AM to 8 AM - €70
