Description

In pretty closed garden of 300m2 hiring for 2-4 or 6 people in 2 new houses (70M2 and 40M2). Except summer: possibility of renting the house of 70m2 or 40 m2 only.

70m2 house: living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2m long) and 2 single beds (80 that can make a 160 bed) equipped with duvets, bolsters and square pillows. All these rooms overlooking the garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Small rear kitchen with washing machine and storage. Large flowered garden and automatic watering lawn, shower back from the beach. Covered patio with door to street to enter by bike.

House 40m2: Living room/lounge with very well-equipped white open-plan kitchen, bedroom with 160X2m bed (duvet, bolster, square pillows), shower room and separate WC. The same large garden. The houses allow independent living (couples of friends, guests, grandchildren, grandparents). But they are rented to one family.
