Close (700 m) from the craft area "la croix Michaud" where there is a supermarket and other shops
the rue Gaston Lem is semi pedestrian
The beach de l'Arnerault (ideal for young children) is about 400m away .
A car park at 250m is included (numbered location in the basement with access by magnetic card - secure)
