This last bedroom is equipped with a dressing room with metal and wood shelves and two bedside tables. An office is available upstairs with fiber internet access to guarantee you an optimal teleworking space.

In the extension of the bicycle garage, you have access to a bright passageway with storage (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board) and reading area, the passageway opens onto a landscaped patio and onto a terrace equipped with a table and two Fermob benches as well as an electric plancha.

In the extension of the passageway you have a kitchen open to the living room/Living room. The kitchen is very well equipped (induction hob, extractor hood, oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer section, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.) The large bay window in the living room gives access to a south-facing terrace surrounded by lush greenery. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
