We are renting out our accommodation.
Discover La Flotte from our traditional house for 6 people (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)! Ideally located in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the port. Enjoy our private courtyard with a griddle for your outdoor meals. The advantages: - Private parking space, - Secure bicycle storage, - Bed linen and towels provided, cleaning included, - Wi-Fi. Unpack your bags and explore everything by bike (bike paths at the entrance to the residence)! Pets and parties are not allowed. On the ground floor: - A beautiful, bright living room opening directly onto the courtyard, including a lounge area (sofa and TV). - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen to prepare your meals after a walk: oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. - A dining area with a table and 6 chairs. On the 1st floor (accessed by a landing): - Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): One double bed (160x200), an office, a dressing room, and a private en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 2: A double bed (140x190) with a dressing room. - Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90x190) with a dressing room. - A separate bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. - A separate toilet. On the 2nd floor: A practical mezzanine with a clothes drying rack, as well as some games and books available for your relaxation. Outside: Enjoy our typical Résais courtyard, a true outdoor haven! It is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol, and a griddle for your summer meals.
