A dining room with a table for 6 people, a TV lounge with Canal+, Netflix, and a stereo system. A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm), en-suite bathroom, and ample storage and closets.
Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm), sharing a shower room. Each bedroom has built-in closets. Two separate toilets. Fully equipped kitchen with a SMEG gas cooker with electric oven, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
Heated 7x3m swimming pool (28°C) with an electric safety cover. The pool is secure; parental supervision is the only guarantee of safety.

In the garden: table for 6 people with chairs. Garden furniture. Sun loungers. Barbecue, griddle.
Cot and high chair available on request.

High season only, from July 11th to August 15th. Check-in time: From 4 PM. Check-out time: No later than 10 AM. In case of late arrival after the scheduled date for personal reasons, no price reduction will be given, and departure will proceed as agreed. Cleaning is mandatory and costs €200. This contract is based on the rights and obligations of a deposit. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL: It is agreed that in case of cancellation by the tenant: - More than 2 months before the start of the lease, the tenant forfeits the deposit paid. - Less than one month after the lease takes effect, the tenant must pay the full balance of the rent as a penalty clause. It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal by the landlord: - Within 7 days of the withdrawal, the landlord is required to pay double the tenant's deposit. Insurance: The tenant agrees to insure against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage, and claims from neighbors, and to insure the furniture provided for rent. Failure to have insurance will result in liability for damages in the event of a claim.
