The swimming pool is supervised by a specialist once a week in summer, its protection system is a system bar which will be replaced before the start of summer by an electric roller shutter.

Price including cleaning (mandatory) / towels and bedsheets optional.

Equipment is complete: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges including 1 American fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven (electric), cooker (vitro-ceramic), 2 barbecues (one gas and one in the small summer living room).

The house is connected with Fiber, 2 WiFi extenders, 2 televisions and audio speakers. Games are available for children (electronic dart board, Legos, multiple rackets and beach accessories) as well as books / comics.
