Ideally located in a quiet area of ??Saint-Martin-de-Ré, a 500-meter walk from La Cité beach and a few minutes' bike ride from the village center and its shops and restaurants, this 140m² family home features a swimming pool (4 x 8 m) and a large garden (plot of over 1000m²). The house comprises four bedrooms, three with double beds (160x200, 140x200, 140x190) and one with two single beds, a living room, kitchen, a small summer lounge, a games room, three shower rooms, and three toilets.

The swimming pool (heated from early May to late September) is supervised by a pool attendant once a week in summer. Its safety system is new (electric roller shutter with eight anchors). Four sun loungers are available.

Private parking is available (up to four cars in the garden).

The house is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators (one American-style), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, and two barbecues (one gas and one charcoal, located in the small summer lounge). British plugs/splitters are available. The house has fiber optic internet and good mobile network coverage. There are two Wi-Fi extenders, two televisions and speakers, and a large screen for a video projector (projector not included). Games are available for children (darts, a large trampoline, Legos, a ping-pong table, archery, various rackets, and beach accessories), as well as books and comics.

A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee (€160) is payable directly to the Irma & Nestor concierge upon arrival.
Household linens (beds made upon arrival), bathroom linens (two towels per person), and house linens (bath mats and tea towels) can be provided by the Irma & Nestor concierge for a fee of €30 per person.
