Quiet house at the end of a cul-de-sac with its own private parking space, ideally located 250 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on Île de Ré, 400 meters from the town center, and 150 meters from the daily market. Bicycle rack in front of the house. Numerous activities nearby (cinema, restaurants, bars, water sports). The house has a front courtyard and includes a south-facing living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A shower room with toilet completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the first with a 160cm bed and the second with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The terrace, equipped with a large awning, has an outdoor table and chairs, as well as two deck chairs. Cleaning is required at the end of your stay, or a cleaning package is available for €80 for one-week stays and €100 for two weeks. You can bring your own sheets or have the beds made upon arrival for an additional €18 per bed. Towels and tea towels are not provided.
