You must add the tax of stay (1.65Euros per night per adult in 2024) 123Euros for cleaning to be paid to the concierge service upon arrival (50% deductible from your taxes). Electricity is included up to 15 kWh/day and billed at 0.25Euros/kwh beyond (case of EV charging). The reservation deposit is 30%, the balance and tourist tax are to be paid before arrival by transfer. The security deposit is 1000Euros.
