This charming house, nestled in the heart of the pine forest, has been completely renovated with high-quality materials in a contemporary style. It will appeal to both nature lovers and city dwellers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of urban life. The house comprises a pleasant living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen leading to two suites: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional child. It offers absolute comfort for a family with three children or a couple of friends. Please note that the TV area is located in the bedroom with the double beds. All rooms offer direct access to the garden: a 500 m² wooded plot with bucolic charm and a terrace. A barbecue is available. For your convenience, you will have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The price includes all bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen. The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT). Cleaning is optional: €80. Tourist tax is extra: €1.65 per person per day (except for those under 18). Bookings on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Generally, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures are from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50; From 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80; From Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100; From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70. You'll find yourself just as close to the village square (3 minutes) as to the Côte Sauvage beach (3 minutes), a large, fine sandy beach bordering the forest and near Ars-en-Ré (10 minutes by bike). Having preserved its agricultural and rural character, Saint-Clément-des-Baleines boasts the largest sandy beach on the island, Plage de la Conche. The Landes region lies at the heart of this forest, where birdsong and the sound of waves will lull you, and where walks seem endless! An idyllic landscape to recharge and forget reality for a while.
