Peaceful and family-friendly house, located in Saint Clement des Baleines, a few steps from the lighthouse and the Conche beach.

The accommodation
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is composed as follows:

- On the ground floor: spacious and bright living room with lounge area and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, 2 coffee makers). The fireplace in the living room works very well and can be used. A large bay window overlooks an interior courtyard with a dining table and sun loungers. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms arranged as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160x200 cm); Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200 cm); Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (90x200 cm). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A 1-minute walk from the house, we have a garage (included in the rental price) where you can park your bicycles and leave your beach gear. The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning. Bed linen is available for an additional fee. You will be offered options by the concierge service that manages the house.

The house is in a quiet location and you can easily access the cycle paths as well as the Conche beach.

In July and August, arrivals are on Sundays, and the minimum rental period is 7 days.
