L'Avocette is located in the Domaine en Re in La Couarde-sur-Mer, near the beach and the village center. The ground floor features a bright living room opening onto the terrace, as well as a kitchen and dining area. The office includes a sofa bed. The upstairs landing leads to three bedrooms: two with a double bed (140 cm), and the third with two single beds (90 cm); as well as a shower room with a washing machine and a bathroom. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ will be available for your use as soon as the weather is nice so you can enjoy the house's private terrace. You will also have access to the Domaine's communal swimming pool (from June to September) as well as the tennis court and ping-pong tables. For your convenience, you can park your vehicle and bicycles in the front courtyard of the house during your stay. Pets are allowed, but prior arrangements must be made. Please note: the garden faces the D 735 road.

Reservations on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Generally, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm, and departures are from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50; From 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80; From Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100; From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70.
