Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 850 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,150 Euros/week
- High season: 1,650 Euros/week
- Very high season: 1,950 Euros/week

Weekend rental (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

- Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate depending on the number of travelers and the number of nights)
- Administration fees: 50 Euros
- Optional linen rental in addition:
-> 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases pillowcase, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
-> 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
