Its central location provides easy access to the village amenities, including the summer market, the harbor, and shops. This 46 m² house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a shower room with WC. Upstairs, there is a relaxation area with a TV, a desk, and a double bed (140x200cm). A cot is available for up to three people. You will have a small courtyard to enjoy beautiful summer evenings. Parking is available nearby for a fee from March to November: €15 per day or €60 per week. Free parking is available at "La Favorite" towards La Couarde-sur-Mer.

The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens. The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT). Cleaning is optional: €60. The "proportional" tourist tax is extra. Reservations on our website can only be made from Saturday to Saturday. For a different period, a short stay, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us. Generally, arrivals are from 5 pm to 8 pm, and departures are from 8 am to 10 am. For any arrival or departure before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies: From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM - €50; From 10:00 PM to Midnight - €80; From Midnight to 6:00 AM - €100; From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM - €70.
