This charming house/apartment, freshly renovated, is located in the historic heart of St Martin (18th century building).
Ideally located, a few steps from the port, the market and the shops. Softness, a warm light, the decoration is neat. Each object has been chosen to live in a simple and pleasant way: current comfort with antique objects.
Our refuge overlooks the magnificent Place de la Republique and a private, classy and bucolic courtyard.

The apartment has a space to store bicycles in the courtyard with private and secure access from rue Carnot .

Small renovated cocoon, well laid out and nicely decorated: a living room (living room with footrest armchair and bench seat with cushions), small office area with writing table and chair, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area well defined with a farmhouse table with 5 chairs

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, multifunction oven, and microwave oven, hood, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment; kettle, toasters and pressure cooker.... everything is new!
