This high-end villa of 135m2 is located close to shops and the market (300 meters) and close to the beach (600 meters) and the popular local bar Re Glisse.

The villa has been designed and decorated with a family spirit and is ideally suited to one or two couples with children. Situated on a plot of 400m2 it has a pleasant SPA and a shaded terrace.

This beautiful single-storey villa is functional, comfortable and has a neat decoration.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for vacations with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small 30-kilometer-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities and tastes, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

Upon your arrival, we will give you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with good tips and our advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!

The house is open for reservations from 5 days of rental outside the summer period and from 7 days in the summer period (July and August).
