This high-end villa of 135m2 is located close to shops and the market (300 meters) and near the beach (600 meters) and the local bar, Prise de Ré Glisse.

The villa has been designed and decorated with a family focus and is ideally suited for one or two couples with children. Located on a 400m² plot, it features a pleasant spa and a shaded terrace. This beautiful single-story villa is functional, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. OUTSIDE: The villa has a built-in spa, a shaded terrace, and two terraces accessible from two of the bedrooms. The house has two secure private parking spaces. INSIDE: A spacious living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area in the kitchen, and a large lounge. The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more outside the summer season and 7 days or more during the summer season (July and August). Amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Baby equipment (high chair and travel cot) is also available. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house are provided on-site. Included.
