Just a 3-minute walk from the beach, this recently renovated house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It combines comfort and a relaxed lifestyle in a warm and peaceful setting. It includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious and bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace designed to enjoy the calm of the island.
Secure private parking for 2 cars.
Maximum capacity: 6 adults.

- Bedroom 1:
Equipped with a 160cm double bed, this cozy room in light tones offers a true cocoon of tranquility. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
- Bedroom 2:
It also has a 160cm double bed and a large window letting in natural light. Ideal for a couple or parents, possibility of adding a travel cot.
- Bedroom 3: Special for children or friends
Furnished with two bunk beds and a double sofa bed (comfortable 140cm mattress). Storage available

Living space:
Spacious, bright and carefully decorated: The sofa corner with television invites you to relax, while the dining area is perfect for friendly dinners.

Modern kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary:
- Refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher...

Functional bathroom:
- Shower, double sink, storage and hairdryer.
- Separate toilet

The quiet terrace is one of the assets of the Maison Rose. It includes:
- An outdoor dining area to enjoy meals al fresco
- A garden furniture set to relax
- Deckchairs for sunbathing or reading in the shade
- A barbecue for your summer grills

High season (July - August):
Rates: from 1350 Euros to 2000 Euros per week (excluding cleaning fees)

Low season (from September to June): 2 nights minimum - contact us for availability and rates.

Departure time: 10:00 a.m.
