from June 21, 2025 to July 5, 2025: 1,450 euros per fortnight.
from July 5, 2025 to July 19, 2025: 2,600 euros per fortnight.
from July 19, 2025 to August 23, 2025: 1,700 euros per week.
from August 30, 2025 to September 13, 2025: 1,450 euros per fortnight.
Payment terms:
Upon reservation: 25% of the total rental amount.
15 days before arrival:
. payment of the balance of the rental,
. payment of tourist tax at the rate in effect at the time of rental: 1.65 euros per day and per adult for 2025.
On arrival: security deposit of 1,000 euros.
These payments can be made by transfer or by check.
