Charming renovated salt worker's cottage nestled in flower-lined alleyways in the heart of one of the island's most beautiful villages. Just steps from the shops on the pedestrian street, where the daily market is held in the summer, and a short bike ride (2 minutes) from the nearest beaches. The house entrance is located on a small alleyway, perfect for enjoying a coffee or aperitif. Parking is available at the end of the alley. Bicycles can be stored behind the house. This is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. The 4-bedroom accommodation upstairs sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

-School term (excluding holidays): 1000 Euros per week, 550 Euros for a two-night weekend (250 Euros per additional night). -Holidays: School breaks: 1300 Euros/week. Summer holidays: July-August: 1500 Euros/week for the first two weeks of the holidays, 1800 Euros/week for the following four weeks, 1500 Euros/week for the last two weeks. Tourist tax and water/gas/heating included. 40% deposit upon booking, 800 Euro security deposit by check. Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) not provided (bring your own or rent). Cleaning is your responsibility. External cleaning service available (to be arranged).

Last village at the end of the island, you will discover, on foot or by bike: the ornithological nature reserve of Lilleau des Niges, the salt marshes (possible visit to our marsh), the bay of Fier d'Ars, the Lizay forest with direct access to the most beautiful beaches of the island (the conche), the whale lighthouse, without forgetting the famous Trousse-Chemise wood.
