Charming renovated salt house in the flowery alleys in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages on the island.
A few steps from the shops on the pedestrian street where the daily summer market is located and a few pedal strokes (2 minutes) from the nearest beaches.
The entrance to the house is located in a small alley where you will have plenty of time to have coffee or an aperitif, parking is available at the end of the alley.
Bicycles will find their place behind the house.
Non-smoking house.
Pets not allowed.
4 bedroom accommodation upstairs for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

-Holidays:
School holidays: 1300Euros/week.

Summer holidays:
- 1500Euros/week for the first two weeks of the holidays.
- 1800Euros/week for the following 4 weeks.
- 1500Euros/week for the last two weeks of the holidays.

Tourist tax and water/gas/heating included.
30% deposit upon reservation, 600Euros deposit check.
Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) not provided (to bring or rent).
Cleaning provided by you. External cleaning possible (to be agreed).

Last village at the end of the island, you will discover, on foot or by bike: the ornithological nature reserve of Lilleau des Niges, the salt marshes (possible visit to our marsh), the bay of Fier d'Ars, the Lizay forest with direct access to the most beautiful beaches of the island (the conche), the whale lighthouse, without forgetting the famous Trousse-Chemise wood.
