The rate includes water, electricity, tourist tax, and final cleaning. A fixed deposit will be required for the respect of the premises. This will be returned to you by post within 15 days of your departure, in accordance with the rental agreement that will be offered to you. During the months of July and August, priority is given to biweekly rental requests.
