This 75m² village house, overlooking an alleyway, was completely renovated in 2025 and is ideally located, 100 meters from small shops and cycle paths and 900m from the beach (5 minutes by bike, 10/15 minutes on foot). Once there, you won't need a car; everything is accessible on foot or by bike. The bakery is 100m away. Several free car parks are nearby. You can enjoy the largest daily market on the island, the covered market, and a Carrefour market to do your shopping on foot.
The house consists of a spacious living room on the ground floor as well as a toilet / laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and Senseo coffee maker.
Living room with TV, Wi-Fi, books and board games available.
Upstairs, a bathroom and three bedrooms with new bedding.

Mid season price: 850 Euros/week (from June 1st to July 6th and in September)

High season price: 1300 Euros/week from July 6th to August 3
1500 Euros/week from August 3rd to August 31
Weekend in May: 800 Euros for 4 nights.
Prices include cleaning.
Possibility to rent sheets and towels on request (no beach towels).
