In a quiet area, recent detached house (2016) on one level set back from the street and without vis-à-vis, located between the village center (300 meters) and the beaches (700 meters) .

Our house can accommodate up to 6 people and will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday.

The house includes:
- 1 large living room of 35m with open kitchen and equipped (gas, fridge, ...), living room and lounge,
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160cm and cupboards,
- 2 rooms with each trundle bed (2 beds of 80cm - per room - which can be reunited in 1 bed of 160cm) and big cupboards,
- 1 bathroom with shower al italian,
- 1 separate WC,
- 1 courtyard / terrace of 75m exposed South with living room of garden, table of garden, barbecue and deckchairs,
- 1 courtyard of entry with peau allowing to store velos al shelter,
- 1 back cooks with washing machine and necessary to do the household.

From 800 to 1600 € per week / Minimum 6 nights
Pet allowed after approval

PRICES 2024:
- from April 6 to May 11: 900Euros per week.
- from May 11 to June 29: 800Euros per week.
- from June 29 to July 6: 1100Euros per week.
- from July 6 to August 31 : 1600Euros per week.
- from August 31 to October 19: 800Euros per week.
- from October 19 to November 2: 900Euros per week.
