In a quiet area, recent detached house (2016) on one level set back from the street and without vis-à-vis, located between the village center (300 meters) and the beaches (700 meters) .

Our house can accommodate up to 6 people and will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday.

The house includes:
- 1 large living room of 35m² with open and equipped kitchen (gas, American fridge, coffee makers (Senseo, Nespresso and plunger), food processor ...), living room and lounge,
- 1 master bedroom with a 160cm double bed and cupboards,
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 80cm beds that can be joined into 1 160cm bed (depending on needs) and large cupboards,
- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower,
- 1 separate toilet,
- 1 courtyard/terrace of 75m² facing south with garden furniture, garden table, plancha and deckchairs,
- 1 entrance courtyard with covered area for storing bicycles,
- 1 utility room with washing machine and cleaning equipment.

From 800 to 1600 € per week / Minimum 6 nights

2026 RATES:
- from April 4th to May 2nd: 900 Euros per week.
- from May 2nd to June 27th: 800 Euros per week.
- from June 27th to July 11th: 1100 Euros per week.
- from July 11th to August 22nd: 1600 Euros per week.
- from August 22nd to 29th: 1300 Euros per week.
- from August 29th to October 17th: 800 Euros per week.
- from October 17th to October 31st: 900 Euros per week.
