Its heated swimming pool and covered summer kitchen promise you good times.
It is ideally located, it is located in Rivedoux, a 5-minute walk from the beach (450m) and a 7-minute walk from the town center (550m).

The accommodation:
The villa has 2 private parking spaces as well as a room where you can store your bikes.
The house is very bright and has air conditioning throughout the house.
You will benefit from 3 bedrooms with double beds (160) with quality bedding.
The first bedroom is a master suite with a shower room located on the ground floor. The other 2 bedrooms with a small sea view are upstairs, where you will find a bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink and a separate toilet.
The living room, very bright (which opens onto the terrace) is equipped with 2 sofas and a TV as well as the open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare good meals.
This room gives direct access to the heated swimming pool not overlooked and to the summer kitchen which is equipped with a water point and a plancha.

The villa Eclai'Re promises you all the comfort and equipment to spend very good times with friends or family.

The villa is managed by the sparkling Re concierge.
So that the house remains impeccable and for your comfort as well, end-of-stay cleaning and linen rental are mandatory.
Cleaning is priced at 170Euros for short stays and 220 Euros for one-week rentals.
Linen rental is priced at 25Euros per person, this includes beds (cotton sheets) made upon arrival, 1 large and 1 small towel, hand towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid and tablets, laundry detergent, garbage bags and coffee capsules.

A small welcome gift of local products is offered by the concierge and we are at your disposal during your stay.
We also offer, if necessary, the possibility of doing an intermediate cleaning during your stay (at a price of 40Euros per hour) as well as the change of sheets and towels (25Euros per person) and the possibility of having your shopping delivered before your arrival (50Euros).

The following are in addition to the rental price: tourist tax of €4.51 per day per person aged 18 and over, as well as linen and cleaning fees, payable directly to the concierge.
