The master bedroom has a bathroom with wc. A bathroom and a toilet are available for the other bedrooms.

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer .

Outside, a pleasant meadow invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal. You can also relax in the deckchairs around the swimming pool.

You can park your vehicles inside the property.

Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 1,300 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,700 Euros/week
- High season: 3,000 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,400 Euros /week

Rental for a weekend (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of per week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 1.65 Euros/night/major person
Administrative fees: 49 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 32 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mats and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 42 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
