La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this charming village house with an outdoor courtyard in the heart of Bois-Plage. The house is located very close to the church, shops, and the market (150 meters away), and 1000 meters from the beach. This lovely house is functional, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Outside: The house has an outdoor courtyard to make the most of the sunshine. On the ground floor: A living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and utility room. A toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x200cm). Bedroom 2 with three single beds (90x180cm). A shower room with shower and sink. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Accepted.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Almost everything is accessible by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island, which is 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside of the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on arrival are included. Tourist tax is not included. A security deposit of €1000 is required before arrival (via pre-authorization on credit card or bank transfer).
