There are two 90cm x 190cm beds that can be pushed together in one bedroom, and two 140cm x 190cm beds in the other two bedrooms. Impeccable, high-quality bedding is provided in all bedrooms: pillows, blankets, and duvets are available, but WITHOUT SHEETS AND COVERS. A high chair and a travel cot are available; please remember to bring your own baby mattress protector. The master bedroom offers exceptional tranquility with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and its own bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), located on the opposite side of the other two bedrooms – ideal for parents seeking privacy from their children's room! Comfortable and clean bedding. The bedrooms are equipped with duvets (without covers), are non-smoking, and have large built-in wardrobes. The living room features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and CD player. Digital terrestrial television (TNT) channels are received via a TNT/satellite decoder. Internet/Wi-Fi connection is also available. The spacious, open-plan Schmidt kitchen boasts high-quality faucets, bathroom fixtures, and appliances (Neff, Miele, Liebherr, Grohe, Vileroy & Boch, Lafuma, etc.). Efficient electric radiant heating is provided. Numerous woodwork options are available, and the entire ceiling is finished in slatted wood. The decor is understated yet tastefully done, creating a seaside holiday atmosphere. Ambient lighting highlights the old walls and plants in the gardens, and the terrace is also illuminated. Ambient lighting throughout the house, for example: grazing light from the living room wall with its old terracotta tiles (guaranteed decorative ambiance). Artistic ironwork, old stones, and antique materials are featured in the gardens and wine cellar. A splendid 35m² old stone wine cellar can serve as a children's play area, a relaxation area, a dining area, or storage for bicycles or other items. Before entering the property, one walks along a flower-lined cul-de-sac, then a charming little enclosed, sandstone-paved courtyard adjoining the exposed stone facade of the wine cellar. This courtyard can be used to park bicycles or a child's trailer. Finally, the property is revealed upon entering the splendid wine cellar, then the garden, and finally the house and a landscaped patio behind the stone house. House offering almost the same comfort as that of a main residence, the general equipment is therefore satisfactory, 2 TVs, wifi internet connection, the decor is sober and very neat (Rethaise ocean atmosphere), all the interior joinery and ceiling are in unpainted fir, it gives a pleasant atmosphere, we feel good!...

During construction, particular care was taken in the choice of a special electrical wiring system, the aim; make the house more pleasant to live in by limiting electrical pollution generated by usual electric fields (see document on site).
The design of the house and decorative finishing were carried out by an architect...Big favorite for this house.
Duvets, pillows and blankets are at your disposal, however duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, towels are not available.
The END OF STAY CLEANING option as well as sheets, towels, tea towels. .. are at a SUPPLEMENT.
Rental “EXITS” take place at 10 a.m., and “ENTERS” take place from 5 p.m., a period of time very often necessary to properly prepare the house, make it clean, to new arrivals.
Books relating the historical past of the Ile de Re, its heritage, its traditions (fishing, birds, old penal colony, painting, culinary etc...) are at your disposal.
New decorative elements of equipment and comfort do not appear in the photos.

IN SUMMARY: Truly a charming house (comfort, picturesque), a single-storey detached house, bright, entirely walled with 2 gardens, not overlooked, village center and its market 300 m away, cycle paths 300 m away, beaches and ocean 800 m away.
No car noise in the garden, discreet neighborhood noise.
Children can run around in complete safety in the gardens.
This environment also provides the opportunity to take beautiful family photos.
The village of Bois plage is geographically well placed, in the middle of the island.
Possibly, the only DISADVANTAGE of this rental is that the car must be parked outside the property (free parking less than 300 m). That said, in the middle of summer, avoid using the car every day, as it may be difficult to find a place immediately.
In return for not using this pseudo garage, this 35 m² garage space thus becomes free, made of concrete walls. exposed stones, stone slabs on the ground, lighting integrated into the ground and adjustable, exposed wooden frame, then becomes 1 cellar, a typical and magnificent additional space to enjoy..
Deposit check requested upon handing over the keys and returned on the day of departure .

Located at Bois Plage at the end of a typical dead end or alley, which is lit by the ground at night. Le Bois Plage is very popular for its 5 km of beaches, its market and for its geographical location in the center of the island.
Le Bois plage is one of the villages on the Ile de Re which has the most pine forests and wild woods, Le Bois plage opens on the southwest facade of the Ile de Re with a view of the Ile d'Oleron. ..
