La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this lovely house with outdoor space in the heart of La Flotte. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the port, shops, and market (400 meters) and close to the beach (350 meters). This charming single-story house is functional, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Outside: The house features a semi-covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain. Inside: A living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and utility room. Bedroom 1 with a 160/200cm double bed. Bedroom 2 with a 140/200cm double bed. A shower room with shower and sink. A separate toilet. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, boasting one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything is accessible by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island, just 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside of the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on arrival are included. Tourist tax is not included. Holiday vouchers accepted.
