We do not charge cleaning fees, you must return the house to us as clean and functional as your arrival.
If you do not wish to take care of the end-of-stay cleaning, a flat rate of 120 Euros will be requested.

current availability:
September: house available from 09/21: 1,000 Euros/week instead of 1,200 Euros
October: 900 Euros/week or 145 Euros/night (5 nights minimum)
October holidays (10/19 to 11/2): 1,200 Euros/week or 180 Euros/night (5 nights minimum)
November: 800 Euros/week or 130 Euros/night (4 nights minimum)
Christmas holidays: 12/21/24 to 01/05/25: 1,200 Euros/week or 185 Euros per night (5 nights minimum)
Tourist tax applicable from 01/01 to 01/312: 0.88 Euros per adult/night
Deposit: 500 Euros to be paid by check on the day of arrival.
We do not apply cleaning fees. You must return the house as clean and functional as when you arrived, otherwise a cleaning fee of 100 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
Conditions to validate the reservation:
30% deposit (if arrival date > 30 days), balance to be sent to us 2 weeks before the arrival date
50% deposit (if arrival date is between 30 and 20 days from the reservation request), balance on arrival
total amount of the reservation if arrival is within 20 days of the reservation request
A certificate of civil liability will be required.

At about 1,5km from the center of La Flotte, you can access it along the path pedestrians "des Customs ", along the sea.
