The TARA House is a modern, quiet and bright family home located 800m from the center of the village of Bois Plage where the market is held daily.
Classified by destination Re in 2024, the 100m² house has a pleasant garden sheltered from view (180m²) offering space for parking two vehicles.

It can accommodate 8 people and includes:
-on the ground floor an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.), opening onto a living/dining room (38.5m²), a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower, two sinks, washing machine.
-upstairs a bathroom with toilet and three bedrooms (one of 18.2m² - a 160x200 bed - one of 12.8m² - a 160x200 bed - one of 12m² - a pair of 2 bunk beds 4x90x200).
Sheets and pillowcases are included in the rental, the beds will be made before your arrival. Bathroom linen is also provided (a bath towel, a towel and a glove per person).
Travel cot and high chair on request.
WIFI access is provided. A DVD player and a flat screen are also available.

Outside a 27m² terrace, a cantilever parasol, a garden table and 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs, 2 benches and a barbecue complete the layout.
The owners will welcome holidaymakers and give you a small welcome gift. Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.

Located in the Morinant district at the end of the village, the North and South beaches (less than 2km) and the main villages in the center of the Ile de Re are directly accessible by bike.


The configuration of the Tara house unfortunately does not allow the reception of people with a significant physical disability (bedrooms upstairs).
