As a security deposit for walls and furniture, a deposit is required on arrival (2,000 Euros) and returned in full if no damage is noted at the end of the stay.

Cleaning deposit 200 Euros (this deposit is only cashed if the house is returned in a very dirty state).
Mandatory cleaning fee 150 Euros, to be paid when concluding the contract.
