Single-story village house of 130m2 built on private land entirely enclosed by walls, ideally located in a very quiet area, a few minutes walk from the village center, shops and the market and close to the beaches (500m).
It is accessed through an automated gate. You will have a private garage (electrically operated door) and a parking space for a second vehicle.
You will fully benefit from the house. Decorated in a warm and cozy style with many marine objects and paintings, it consists of
- A large entrance leading to
- A vast living room of more than 40m2 with exposed beams, opening through two French windows onto a large south-facing patio. The living room has an old fireplace with stone trumeau, opening onto a lounge with a large sofa and armchairs. The dining area has a large rectangular table to accommodate up to 10 guests for lunch or dinner. It opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen (see description below) with a bar and high stools.
- Three beautiful and large bedrooms each with a double bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and cupboards.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam generator.
- Two bathrooms with shower and sink.
- Two toilets.
In the patio, very bright and sheltered from the wind, there is a large outdoor table with eight matching armchairs and a UNO gas plancha. There is also a heated outdoor shower for returning from the beach and very comfortable relaxing armchairs.
Finally, in a very quiet wooded garden, you can enjoy a deckchair and relaxing armchairs.

Filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee maker. Toaster.
Available: Porcelain tableware, standard cutlery and silver-plated metal.

The prices indicated below include the provision of sheets and the preparation of the rooms, the provision of towels and dish towels, the cleaning costs at the end of the stay.

- from 6/28/2025 to 8/2/2025: 2,520
- from 8/2/2025 to 8/30/2025: 2,730 Euros
- from 8/30/2025 to 9/13/2025: 2,450 Euros

The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.

House located in the village of Bois-Plage, close to the Church, shops, the large market and also the many cycle paths (200m from the house) which lead to the picturesque neighbouring villages or to the magnificent ports of St Martin, Ars and La Flotte. The beaches are 500 m away (5 minutes by bike)
