It is accessed through an automated gate. You will have a private garage (electrically operated door) and a parking space for a second vehicle.
You will fully benefit from the house. Decorated in a warm and cozy style with many marine objects and paintings, it consists of

- A vast living room of more than 40m2 with exposed beams, opening through two French windows onto a large south-facing patio. The living room has an old fireplace with stone trumeau, opening onto a lounge with a large sofa and armchairs. The dining area has a large rectangular table to accommodate up to 10 guests for lunch or dinner. It opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen (see description below) with a bar and high stools.
- Three beautiful and large bedrooms each with a double bed, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and cupboards.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam generator.
- Two bathrooms with shower and sink.
- Two toilets.
In the patio, very bright and sheltered from the wind, there is a large outdoor table with eight matching armchairs and a UNO gas plancha. There is also a heated outdoor shower for returning from the beach and very comfortable relaxing armchairs.
Finally, in a very quiet wooded garden, you can enjoy a deckchair and relaxing armchairs.
Filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee maker. Toaster.
Available: Porcelain tableware, standard cutlery and silver-plated metal.

House located in the village of Bois-Plage, close to the Church, shops, the large market and also the many cycle paths (200m from the house) which lead to the picturesque neighbouring villages or to the magnificent ports of St Martin, Ars and La Flotte. The beaches are 500 m away (5 minutes by bike)
