Access is via an automated gate. You will have a private garage (electrically operated door) and a parking space for a second vehicle. You will have exclusive use of the house. Decorated in a warm and cozy style with numerous nautical objects and paintings, it comprises: - A large entrance hall leading to a spacious living room of over 40m² with exposed beams, opening through two French doors onto a large south-facing patio. This living room features an antique fireplace with a stone overmantel, overlooking a sitting area with a large sofa and armchairs. The dining area includes a large rectangular table to accommodate up to 10 guests for lunch or dinner. It opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen (see description below) with a bar and high stools.
- Three beautiful and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and closets.
- A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and steam iron)
- Two bathrooms with shower and sink.
- Two toilets.
The patio, very bright and sheltered from the wind, has a large outdoor table with eight matching chairs for meals in the sun or under the awning.
There is also a double UNO gas griddle,
and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and finally, very comfortable reclining chairs.
Finally, in a very quiet, tree-lined garden, you can enjoy a sun lounger and reclining chairs.
Filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee maker. Toaster.
Available: Glassware, porcelain dinnerware, standard cutlery and silver-plated cutlery.
