Single-story village house of 130m2 built on a private, fully walled plot, ideally located in a very quiet area, a few minutes' walk from the village center, shops, the market, and close to the beaches (500m). Access is via an automated gate. You will have a private garage (electrically operated door) and a parking space for a second vehicle. You will have exclusive use of the house. Decorated in a warm and cozy style with numerous nautical objects and paintings, it comprises: - A large entrance hall leading to a spacious living room of over 40m2 with exposed beams, opening through two French doors onto a large south-facing patio. The living room features a beautiful antique fireplace with a stone overmantel, leading to a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs. The dining area features a large rectangular table seating up to 10 guests. It opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen (see description below) with a bar and high stools. Three beautiful and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with cupboards. A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and steam iron). Two bathrooms with shower and sink. Two toilets. In the bright and sheltered patio, you'll find a large outdoor table for 6 to 8 people and matching chairs for meals in the sun (or under the awning). The patio also features a heated outdoor shower (perfect for rinsing off after the beach), comfortable lounge chairs, and a large UNO griddle. Finally, you'll have access to a beautiful, sunny, and very peaceful garden with trees (chairs and sun loungers).

Available: Glassware, porcelain dinnerware, standard cutlery and silver-plated cutlery.

- From 27/06/2025 to 01/08/2026: 4400 Euros
for two weeks and 2100 Euros per additional week (excluding charges)
- From 01/08/2025 to 29/08/2025: 4600 Euros for two weeks and 2200 Euros per additional week (excluding charges)
- From 29/08/2025 to 19/09/2025: 4000 Euros
for two weeks (excluding charges)

Details of charges:
Mandatory flat fee of 200 Euros (in addition to the prices (as indicated above) for cleaning fees, room preparation, and the provision of bed linen and towels (regardless of the rental duration). - The tourist tax payable by the tenant will be settled upon departure. - The security deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after the owner has checked the condition of the property. House located in the village of Bois-Plage, near the church, shops, the large market, and also the numerous cycle paths (200m from the house) which lead to the picturesque neighboring villages or the magnificent ports of St Martin, Ars, and La Flotte. The beaches are 500m away (5 minutes by bike).
