Access is via an automated gate. You will have a private garage (electrically operated door) and a parking space for a second vehicle. The house will be entirely reserved for your exclusive use. Decorated in a warm and cozy style with numerous nautical objects and paintings, it comprises: - A large entrance hall leading to a spacious living room of over 40m2 with exposed beams, opening through two French doors onto a large south-facing patio (50m2). In this living room, there is a beautiful antique fireplace with a stone overmantel, opening onto the lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, and a large TV. In the dining area, a large rectangular table can seat up to 10 guests. The living room opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen (see description below) and a bar with high stools. - Three beautiful and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with cupboards. - A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and steam iron). - Two bathrooms with shower and sink. - Two toilets. In the bright and sheltered patio, you'll find a large outdoor table for 6 to 8 people with matching chairs, perfect for meals in the sun (or under an awning). You'll also have access to a heated outdoor shower (ideal for rinsing off after the beach), comfortable lounge chairs, and a large UNO gas griddle. Finally, you can enjoy a beautiful, sunny, and very peaceful garden of over 300m² with trees, armchairs, and sun loungers.
