Single-story village house of 130m² built on a private, fully walled plot, ideally located in a very quiet area, a few minutes' walk from the village center, shops, and market, and close to the beaches (500m). Access is via an automated gate. You will have a private garage (electrically operated door) and a parking space for a second vehicle. You will have exclusive use of the house. Decorated in a warm and cozy style with numerous nautical objects and paintings, it comprises: - A large entrance hall leading to a spacious living room of over 40m² with exposed beams, opening through two French doors onto a large south-facing patio. This living room features an antique fireplace with a stone overmantel, overlooking a sitting area with a large sofa and armchairs. The dining area includes a large rectangular table to accommodate up to 10 guests for lunch or dinner. It opens onto a fully equipped modern kitchen (see description below) with a bar and high stools.
- Three beautiful and spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and closets.
- A laundry room (washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and steam iron)
- Two bathrooms with shower and sink.
- Two toilets.
The patio, very bright and sheltered from the wind, has a large outdoor table with eight matching chairs for meals in the sun or under the awning.
There is also a double UNO gas griddle,
and a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and finally, very comfortable reclining chairs.
Finally, in a very quiet, tree-lined garden, you can enjoy a sun lounger and reclining chairs.

Filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee maker. Toaster.
Available: Glassware, porcelain dinnerware, standard cutlery and silver-plated cutlery.

Weekly rates, charges included (excluding tourist tax which must be paid in addition by the tenant at the end of the stay.
The prices indicated below include the supply of sheets and the preparation of the rooms, the supply of towels and dishcloths, cleaning costs at the end of the stay.

The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay.

House located in the village of Bois-Plage, near the church, shops, the large market, and also the numerous cycle paths (200m from the house) which lead to the picturesque neighboring villages or the magnificent ports of St Martin, Ars, and La Flotte. The beaches are 500m away (5 minutes by bike).
