La Centrale de l'Ile de Re offers you this magnificent villa, for 8 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the Martray district in Ars en Re and close to the beach and restaurants.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with a fully equipped independent open kitchen.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Large bright living room with lounge area and independent kitchen.
MASTER bedroom: 1 double bed 140x200 with 1 private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200.
UPSTAIR:
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x180.
You will find in the house 1 shower room and a bathroom as well as 2 toilets.
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 29°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the water in the swimming pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The Ile de Re offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest rates of sunshine in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer and culinary activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
When you arrive, we will give you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with good tips and our advice for discovering the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
The house is open for reservation from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
