The main house features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining and living room, with access to the terrace and garden. On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall, WC, living/dining room, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (queen-size beds) with storage, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, there is one bedroom (two single beds) with storage, and a TV room (flat-screen smart TV) with a sofa. A private heated swimming pool is also available. In the garden, there is a pleasant outbuilding with a shower room and a bedroom (double bed), separated by a screen, with a separate toilet. A laundry room with a washing machine, storage space on shelves, and a sink provides a convivial setting for preparing seafood. A sunny courtyard with an impressive palm tree opens directly onto the cycle path. It features garden furniture, a parasol, and two chairs, perfect for relaxing or reading in the shade of two olive trees. At the rear of the house, the 500 m2 garden with its beautiful olive tree is accessible by car through a gate and includes garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue and two sun loungers for you to relax in, and a gravel area for a game of pétanque. You can store bicycles, windsurfing boards, or surfboards here (a tap with a hose is provided for rinsing your feet after returning from the beach).

Living room (fully glazed extension) overlooking the grounds and pool: a large sofa with two armchairs, TV, accessed from the entrance overlooking the courtyard and the garden with terrace from the living room. Abundant natural light thanks to its dual aspect. The house can be rented for 6 people only, without the annex. For long weekends (such as the May Day bank holiday), the house can be rented for 1200 Euros for 4 days. Weekly rentals run from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am (30% deposit upon booking and the balance due one month prior to arrival). Failure to pay the balance one month prior to arrival will automatically cancel your reservation. The uncashed security deposit of 2000 Euros must be paid by check to the concierge at the beginning of your stay and will be returned to you after the final inspection. For bicycle rentals, you can reserve and have the bicycles delivered to the house via CYCLAND in Ars-en-Ré; they are very helpful and friendly.
