In the main house you will find a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with access to the terrace and the garden.
On the ground floor, a spacious entrance, WC, a living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms (160 beds ) with storage, a bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with storage, a TV room (smart tv flat screen) with sofa.

In the garden, a pleasant outbuilding with its shower room, a bedroom (140 bed) all separated by a claustra with its independent WC.
A laundry room with washing machine, storage thanks to the shelves and a sink where you can prepare your seafood in a friendly atmosphere.


1 well-exposed courtyard with its imposing palm tree directly overlooking the cycle path with lounge garden parasol and two chairs to relax or indulge in reading under the shade of the two olive trees.
At the back of the house, the 500 m2 garden with its beautiful olive tree accessible to cars via a gate with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and two deck chairs to relax, a gravelled area for a game of petanque. You can store bicycles, windsurfing boards or surfboards there (a tap with hose is provided for rinsing your feet when returning from the beach.
