This is a single-storey accommodation located in Morinand, a quiet area of Bois Plage en Re, a central village on the Ile de Re.
The house has been completely renovated by us, the idea being to make it a warm house with bright and pleasant living spaces.
The 100 m2 house is located in the middle of the plot and is composed of a large living room with 1 entrance, 1 lounge area, 1 toilet, 1 open kitchen opening onto an outdoor terrace 2 bedrooms, with 1 shared bathroom.
In the right part of the house, there is a master suite (bedroom bathroom toilet) which can be accessed from the inside or from the outdoor terrace.
Outdoor spaces
At the front of the house:
Access to the house is via a small garden, a passage area and adjoining a studio that we also rent. And we ask that this space be preserved as silent.
Courtyard where you can also store bicycles.
At the back of the house: Garden of 100 M2.
No parties. No smoking.
No pets allowed.

We love our house and are renting it to finance a family travel project.
So we are really counting on you, for the duration of your stay, to preserve the place and ensure tranquility and respect with the neighborhood, and the tenants who will be in the studio perhaps at the same time as you.

Accommodation for 6 people. 2 double beds (including 1 king size bed) and 2 single bunk beds.

The house is NOT rented with household linen. It is up to you to provide linen for the beds, tea towels/hand towels

The house is located in Bois-Plage en Re, in the quiet area of Morinant.
Central village of the Ile de Re, Bois Plage is an ideal village to stay and visit the island of Re very easily by bike or car.
The house is very close to a large wooded area, located less than 2 km from the beach of Gros Joncs, very close also to several other beautiful sandy beaches and where it is possible to do surfing and other nautical activities.
Town center with access to shops / halls and beautiful craft market located 3 km away.
Great geographical location to visit, enjoy nature and do sports activities easily. Good restaurants also nearby.
