Completely renovated and decorated with care and quality materials, this 100 m² residence will reserve you a very comfortable stay, the heating and air conditioning will be a plus in all seasons.
From its entrance, you will be charmed by this large bright space of 45 m², from the lounge area with TV (and wi-fi connection) to this magnificent fully equipped kitchen with its central island, passing through a restful and relaxing space in the corner of a functional wood stove.
This living space overlooks a walled garden with terrace, of 50 m². This courtyard is sheltered from noise and prying eyes. You can have your meals on the large table, enjoy the electric plancha, relax during the day and in the evening on deckchairs and under subdued lighting. And even take a shower (hot or cold) when you come back from the beach to rinse off or to freshen up.

You will access the upper floor by a very beautiful oak and metal staircase with its central stringer letting the light through.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms will reserve you restful and quality nights. A first bedroom with its 160X200 cm bed and a large closet. A second bedroom with its 140X190 cm bed with also a large closet then a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a large bed for a couple.
A large bathroom with a spacious shower, large double sink, cupboard and towel dryer, and a separate toilet with sink (just like on the ground floor), are also upstairs.

You can also enter the house through the 35 m² garage, where you will have left your bikes and parked your vehicle, and can recharge it via a dedicated electrical outlet.
There is the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, large sink (useful for your returns from fishing...).

La Cible beach is 800 m away, or 5 minutes by bike.
Close to pretty pedestrian streets, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants and the port.
A bus stop to take you to La Rochelle is 5 minutes away on foot.
