Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 X 200, 2 beds 90 X 190, 2 beds 80 x 200 convertible into 1 bed 160 X 200)
- A baby cot available.
- 1 shower room with basin, towel dryer and washing machine.
- 1 bathroom with basin and towel dryer.
- Toilets

Sheets and bathroom linen not provided. Rental possible via loclinge.com with the linen in the house on your arrival.
Compulsory end of stay cleaning 100 Euros

Non-smoking house, pets not accepted.

Our concierge service offers additional services such as bike rental (with delivery to the yard at no extra charge and 10% discount), baby sitting, rental of baby equipment etc.

A private garage in the basement is at your disposal. If you have a very large non-standard car (like Audi Q7, BMW X7 etc) it will not fit in the garage. For example, large cars like Audi A5, Renault Espace fit.
You can also use the 7-space private outdoor parking lot if there is a space available.

TV, Internet, PS3 with video games, children's DVD, Amazon echo connected speaker, equipped kitchen (induction table, convection and steam oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, Mr. smart kitchen robot, .. .), electric griddle, hair dryer, personal scale, . September 27 to November 15: 1200 euros per week.

The mandatory end-of-stay cleaning is 100 euros.
Deposit of 900 euros.
Water and electricity charges included.
Tourist tax to be expected.
