Welcome to Nouralene's Cabin!
Located a 4-minute walk from Peu Ragot beach and a 7-minute walk from the market and town center, the house is ideally situated for exploring Île de Ré and the village of La Couarde. All you have to do is leave your car behind and enjoy the many nearby cycle paths or set off on beautiful walks.
The house has just been renovated. It is furnished and decorated with care and is organized around a living room with a lounge area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The main room opens onto a lovely 35m² furnished terrace. You can also enjoy the deck chairs in the shade of the electric awning. In detail, it comprises: - Living room: 1 open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob. 1 utility room (souillarde in Charentais dialect!) with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. A living room with a table and 6 chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV (Wi-Fi/fiber optic), and a Marshall speaker. - Sleeping arrangements (bedding, duvets, and 2 pillows per person, all brand new): 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a large wardrobe. 1 bedroom with two single beds (80x190cm), a sink, and a large wardrobe (the beds can be joined to form a double). Double bed (160x190cm).
Possibility of an additional bed in the mezzanine.
Sheets, towels, and linens are not provided.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks.
1 separate toilet.

A wooden terrace (Padouk wood) with table and garden furniture.
A garden area (large enough for a car if needed), barbecue, and water points.

The house sleeps a maximum of 5 people.
The house is non-smoking; an ashtray is available outside.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Parking is also available in front of the house.

Please note: for your comfort, rentals are from SUNDAY to SUNDAY! Fewer people on deck, fewer people coming and going!

Christmas/February school holidays: €900/week.
Mid-season: September, October, April, May, June: €1000/week.
High season 2026: June 30th to July 21st and August 25th to September 8th: €1400/week.
Peak season 2026: July 21st to August 25th: €1600/week.

Mandatory cleaning fee of €45 at the end of your stay.
Security deposit of €1000 returned after cleaning.
