Welcome to the Cabane de Nouralene!
Located 4 minutes walk from the Peu Ragot beach and 7 minutes walk from the market and the center, the house is ideally placed to allow you to enjoy the island of Re and the village of La Couarde. You just have to forget your car and enjoy the many cycle paths nearby or go for beautiful walks.
The house has just been renovated. It is furnished and decorated with care and is organized around a living room with lounge area and an open equipped kitchen.
The main room opens onto a pretty equipped terrace of 35m2.
You can also enjoy the deckchairs in the shade of the electric awning.
In detail, it is composed of:
- Living room:
1 open kitchen equipped with electric oven and induction hob.
1 back kitchen (scullery in Charentais!) with fridge, microwave and washing machine.
A living room with table 6 chairs, sofa, TV (wifi / fiber), Marshall speaker.
- Beds (new bedding, duvets and pillows):
1 Bedroom with double bed 140x190 and large closet.
1 Bedroom with two single beds 80x190, sink and large closet (possibility of joining the beds to make a double bed of 160x190).
Possibility of an additional bed on the mezzanine.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks.
1 separate toilet.
A wooden terrace (Padouk) with table and garden furniture.
A garden area (which can accommodate a car if necessary), barbecue and water points.
The capacity of the house is 5 people maximum.
The house is non-smoking, an ashtray is at your disposal outside.
Our animal friends and parties are not accepted.
Possibility of parking also in front of the house.
Attention for your comfort, rental from SUNDAY to SUNDAY! Fewer people on the bridge, fewer people entering and exiting!
