Located 5 minutes walk from Peu Ragot beach and 7 minutes walk from the market and the center, the house is ideally placed to allow you to enjoy the Ile de Ré and the beautiful village of La Couarde . All you have to do is forget your car and take advantage of the many cycle paths nearby or go for beautiful walks.
The house has just been renovated. It is furnished and decorated with care and is organized around a living room with lounge area and an open equipped kitchen.
The main room opens onto a pretty equipped terrace of 35m2.
You can also enjoy the deck chairs at the shade of the electric blind.

1 open kitchen equipped with electric oven and induction hob.
1 scullery (souillarde in Charentais!) with fridge, microwave and washing machine.
One room to live with table 6 chairs, sofa, TV (wifi / fiber).
1 Bedroom with double bed 140x190 and large closet.
1 Bedroom with two single beds 80x190, sink and large closet (possibility of joining the beds into a double bed of 160x190).
Possibility of additional sleeping on the mezzanine.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks.
1 separate toilet.
A Padouk wooden terrace with table and garden furniture.
A garden area (which can accommodate a car if necessary), barbecue and water point.
The capacity of the house is 4/5 people maximum.
The house is non-smoking, an ashtray is at your disposal outside.
Our friends the animals and parties are not accepted.
Possibility of parking also in front of the house.
Attention for your comfort, rental from SUNDAY to SUNDAY! Fewer people on the bridge, fewer people entering and exiting!
