Ker and re is certainly one of our favorite houses on the Ile de Re. You will be charmed by its careful decoration down to the smallest detail and by its cozy terrace. This accommodation invites you to relax and share with family or friends. Located in the pretty streets of Bois Plage en Re, you will be a stone's throw from the sandy beaches and the market to enjoy a typically Rhetais stay.

This 90 m2 house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The shower room including the WC is adjoining the bedrooms. A hair dryer and a washing machine will be at your disposal as well as an iron.
The kitchen open to the living room has ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, Senseo and a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press..
The house is equipped with wifi and access will be communicated to you upon your arrival. The accommodation does not include a television.

Outside its pretty courtyard will welcome you to share good barbecues (charcoal) and to relax in its refined garden furniture.

As a general rule arrivals in the accommodations are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and outings are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. For any arrival or departure before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m., an additional rate applies:?

From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - 50Euros
?From 10:00 p.m. to Midnight - 80Euros
From Midnight to 6:00 a.m. - 100Euros
From 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - 70Euros

IN low season hours are flexible.

Security déposit 800 €

The price includes rent and agency fees.

Le Bois-Plage-en-Re is a seaside resort, one of the oldest, offering you 6 km of beaches labeled blue flag 2015 hidden behind the dunes.
The center of the village is animated by numerous shops (supermarket, restaurants, bars, bike rental, shops) and in season a daily market, the largest on the Island, with its friendly atmosphere and its numerous stalls of all kinds.
Let yourself be charmed by its white alleys and alleys prettily lined with hollyhocks from May to september.
