Less than a 10-minute walk from the beach and the market, on a very quiet street, you can enjoy a large, sunny terrace (with parasol and shade sails) and its heated jacuzzi. The house can accommodate 6 adults or 2 couples and 4 children. Rated 4 stars for 6 people. It is very well equipped with large closets in each bedroom, games, books and DVDs for all ages, and baby equipment. Spacious living area with a Leicht kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is available for €100. The owner's house is located on the same 950m² enclosed garden, full of flowers and trees. 100% private access from the street, with no overlooking neighbors (except for the owner's house), and one secure parking space within the property. Easy and free street parking is also available. Located in the heart of the island, the village of Bois-Plage is ideal for exploring the entire Île de Ré by bicycle (Saint-Martin and La Couarde are 3 km away, La Flotte 6 km, Loix and Sainte-Marie 8 km, Ars 14 km, and Saint-Clément and Les Portes 20 km). Living year-round in Bois-Plage, we can welcome you at a time that suits you and share our local tips about the island. Between mid-July and mid-August, rentals are by the fortnight only. Sunday-to-Sunday rentals are possible to avoid traffic congestion.
