Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the market, in a very quiet street, you can enjoy a large sunny terrace and its heated jacuzzi. The house can accommodate 6 adults or 2 couples and 4 children. 4-star rating for 6 people. It is very well equipped with large closets in each bedroom, games, books and DVDs for all ages and childcare equipment. Spacious living room with Leicht kitchen. Sheets and linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning possible at a rate of 100Euros. The owner's house is located on the same flowered, wooded and enclosed garden of 950m². 100% private access from the street, not overlooked (except with the owner's house) and 1 secure parking space inside the land. Easy and free parking on the street. Located in the center of the island, the village of Bois Plage is ideal for visiting the entire island of Re by bike (St Martin and La Couarde 3km away, La Flotte 6km away, Loix and Ste Marie 8km away, Ars 14km away, St Clement and Les Portes 20km away). Living year-round at Bois Plage, we can welcome you at a time that suits you and share with you our "good deals" on the island. Rental by the fortnight only between mid-July and mid-August. Rental possible from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams.
